What is the webinar about?
During this webinar, you will learn from senior leaders and innovators about the key trends surrounding digitising workforce management in 2020.
These leaders will share their learnings and experiences with us, including their own personal ‘tips’ and ‘tricks’ that can be applied across various industries and teams at large to medium size organisations.

This webinar will demonstrate the step-by-step process of how to maximise the impact and benefits of remote workforce management digitisation for your team and organisation.
It will do so by outlining some key questions, and answers, that should be considered during your strategy building phase. We will also be sharing some real examples and practical, tried and tested, methods for you to start transforming your workforce management process straight away!
You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions to our panel of experts, who can help to steer your planning in the right direction.
What’s the format?
We’ll start by presenting our own findings, and summarising the research we’ve been conducting over the last 2 months on this topic. These insights are gathered from our experiences consulting with our existing clients, as well as inputs from interviews we conducted with digital transformation experts during the summer.
Then we’ll move on to a guided round-table discussion, hosted by Tom Parker, with a panel of experts from various industries and functions, each with their own unique lens on the topic. Our round-table speakers are currently being finalised – please check back soon for more information (and we’ll send an email update to those who sign up in the meantime)
Finally, we will take some questions from the audience that are gathered through the Q&A tool during the webinar.
